(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 54 dated 22.05.2014 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 382/323 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Nahianwala, District Bathinda and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

The FIR is still under investigation.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate petition after the challan is presented.
