Instant writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing impugned order dated 04.08.2023, Annexure P-2, whereby, license under the Punjab Targeted Public Distribution System (Licensing and Control) Order, 2016, had been suspended for 90 days. 2.

Upon instructions from Mr. Raj Rishi Mehra, District Controller, Department of Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Ferozepur, State counsel submits that suspension of the license has been revoked. She has placed on record a printout of a copy of order dated 19.04.2024, passed by the District Controller, Department of Food Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Ferozepur.
