A copy of the paper book be handed over to him. The petition stands disposed off with direction to the official respondent No.2 to look into the merits of the petition in terms of representation (Annexure P2) within the framework of law. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to invoke jurisdiction of the Civil Court as per law, if the need so arises.
