Mr. Sandeep Kumar, Advocate for the petitioner. *** ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) As per the office report, notice issued to the respondent has been received back served. However, he remains unrepresented. This is an application filed by the ex-wife of the respondent with a prayer to transfer the proceedings of petition bearing No.GW/35/2020 (Ramphal vs. Suman and ors.) filed under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, pending in the Family Court, Hisar Camp at Hansi, District Hisar, to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Ludhiana. The petitioner alleges that she is residing along with her minor child at Ludhiana and the distance between Hansi and Ludhiana is 240 kms. She claims that she is not working and has no independent source of income. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the petition is allowed.

The proceedings of petition bearing No.GW/35/2020 (Ramphal vs. Suman and ors.) filed under Section 25 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890, pending in the Family Court, Hisar Camp at Hansi, District Hisar, are ordered to be transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Ludhiana.
