(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, which is the subject matter of transfer in the present petition, has been withdrawn by the respondent-husband vide order dated 15.5.2023, before the Court of learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana. In support of his contention, learned counsel has placed on record copy of the status of the petition in question. It is submitted by learned counsel that therefore the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same be disposed of as such. Ordered accordingly.
