Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.PC was to direct the learned JMIC,Nuh to set off the amount of Rs.3000/- per month granted to respondents-wife and children, as learned Metropolitan Magistrate,Delhi has also granted 3000/- per month each to respondent wife and two children in a complaint filed by them under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act,2005.

At the time of hearing,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
