Learned State counsel submits that out of nineteen witnesses cited by the prosecution, seven have been examined and two have been given up. Prosecution shall endeavor to conclude its evidence at the earliest, in any case not later than three months.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
