**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance directions to the official respondents for closing the inquiry and all the proceedings being conducted in complaint No. 296 of 2020. Notice served upon the official respondents through the State's counsel. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied, in case he is permitted to file a fresh representation with a time bound directions to the concerned person to decide the same. The prayer being innocuous is not opposed by the learned State counsel. Given above, the present petition is disposed of having been withdrawn.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to file fresh representation to the competent person - Director Vigilance Bureau, Punjab and such person to decide the representation within 10 working days by passing a speaking and reasoned order.
