**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 290 dated 8.5.2016, registered under Sections 323, 341, 342, 354(B), 452, 498-A, 506/34 IPC, Police Station Ratia.
Counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 1.6.2016, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. State counsel states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.
