Through this petition, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.15 dated 18.01.2019, registered at Police Station Agroha, under Section 174-A IPC, and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom. Learned counsel for the petitioners contend that petitioner No.1 is pursuing PhD; that the petitioners were wrongly declared as proclaimed persons for the reason that name of petitioner No.2-father of petitioner No.1 is Raj Kumar, where it was wrongly mentioned as Raja Ram in the application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. for summoning of the petitioners as additional accused in FIR No.253 dated 27.07.2014, under Sections 323, 325, 452, 506, 148 and 149 IPC, Police Station Agroha. Learned counsel further draws the attention of this Court towards the notice (Annexure P-7) sent by the trial Court in the aforesaid FIR No.253 dated 27.07.2014, wherein the name of petitioner No.2 was also wrongly PARVEEN KUMAR 2021.11.30 06:42 I attest to the accuracy of this order.

CRM-M-31107-2020 /2/ mentioned as Raja Ram. Vide judgment dated 19.07.2019 (Annexure P-9) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Hisar, the petitioners were convicted in the the aforesaid FIR No.253 dated 27.07.2014. Aggrieved thereagainst, they preferred an appeal before the Additional Sessions Judge, Hisar, which was allowed and the petitioners were ordered to be released on probation on furnishing the requisite bonds. At this stage, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jaibir Singh, submits that all the prosecution witnesses stand examined and the case is now fixed for defence evidence and arguments for 26.11.2021. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press the present petition.

Dismissed being not pressed.
