This is an application for preponing the matter. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant-respondent No.3 states that the matter may be preponed as the same stands settled between the parties. 3.

Mr. Vineet Sachdeva, Advocate for Mr. Rahul Arora, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant/appellants and states that he has no objection if the present application is allowed. 5.

In view of the above, the present application is disposed off and the date of hearing of the main appeal is preponed. With the consent of learned counsel for the appellants as well as respondent No.3 the main appeal is taken on Board today itself.

Learned counsel for respondent No.3-Insurance Company states that the matter stands resolved between the parties and it had been agreed that an amount of ₹2,00,000 (rupees two lakh) over and above the amount already awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ferozepur (hereinafter referred to as 'the Tribunal') would be paid by respondent No.3Insurance Company. Learned counsel further states that cheques in the name of the claimant-appellants, as apportioned by the Tribunal, would be deposited before the Registry of this Court within a period of 8 weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the claimant-appellants states that he has no objection.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3-Insurance Company to deposit the cheques in the name of the claimant-appellants for an amount of ₹2,00,000 (rupees two lakh) over and above the amount already awarded by the Tribunal with the Registry of this Court within a period of 8 weeks from today and as per their shares as apportioned by the Tribunal. On doing so, the Registry shall release the cheques to the claimant-appellants against proper receipt and identification.
