**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The cases have been taken up for hearing through video conferencing. Vide this common order, CRM-M No.10491 of 2020 titled Ashutosh Shiv vs. State of Punjab and another and CRM-M No.10637 of 2020 titled Sudeep Mukharjee vs. State of Punjab and another are being disposed of as both these petitions have arisen out of the same FIR.

CRM-M Nos.10491 & 10637 of 2020 -2- Petitioner(s) seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.113 dated 28.07.2019 registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station A Division, Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that after issuance of notice of motion, petitioner(s) has joined the investigation. Co-accused Barun Sharma has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 29.01.2020 passed in CRM-M No.47167 of 2019.

In the aforesaid case, a list of persons working under Barun Sharma was submitted, to whom specific directions were issued in respect of meeting specific targets set by the company. The company had set up the target of sales update till 24.06.2019. Those targets were required to be achieved with Naturogest 100% and that was conveyed to all the persons working under the aforesaid Barun Sharma. He being the regional head of the company was required to meet out the targets for which the employees were expected to meet. The deceased felt some extra pressure in order to meet those targets and ultimately committed suicide.

CRM-M Nos.10491 & 10637 of 2020 -3Taking into consideration the aforesaid attending facts and circumstances, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the co-accused Barun Sharma.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the petitioner(s) has joined the investigation to the entire satisfaction of the Investigating Officer.

Learned State counsel on instructions from SI Narain Singh, admits the aforesaid position and submits that the challan has been submitted to the Court and custody of the petitioner(s) is not required.

In view of the factual statement made by learned Sate counsel, the interim order dated 12.03.2020 (passed in CRM-M-10491-2020) and order dated 13.03.2020 (passed in CRM-M No.10637 of 2020) are made absolute. However, the petitioner(s) shall keep on appearing before the trial Court regularly. Petitions stand disposed of.
