(ORAL) This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.115 dated 26.07.2022 (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station Sadar Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur, under Sections 323, 324 & 34 IPC (Section 452 IPC added later on) on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2). 2.

Pursuant to order dated 15.03.2023, report dated 18.04.2023 has been received from Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hoshiarpur according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them with their free will, without any threat, coercion or fear.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.115 dated 26.07.2022 (Annexure P-1), registered at Police Station Sadar Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur, under Sections 323, 324 & 34 IPC (Section 452 IPC added later on) along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioners.
