The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 26.11.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-35020-2025, whereby without commenting upon the merits of the case, the civil writ petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider and decide the legal notice served by the petitioner. 2.
In compliance of the order dated 26.11.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-35020-2025, learned counsel for the respondents submits that after considering the claim of the petitioner, a speaking order dated 05.03.2026 has been passed by the Director School Education (Secondary), S.A.S Nagar, Punjab. He has produced a copy of the said speaking order in VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2026.04.07 19:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the above, since order dated 26.11.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-35020-2025, has been complied with, therefore, the present contempt is purged and rule stands discharged. 4.
Needless to say that the petitioner is at liberty to avail remedy as is available to her in accordance with law to challenge the said speaking order dated 05.03.2026.
