Learned counsel for the respondents informs that vide order dated 12.05.2025 passed in CR-8443-2016, the present petition can be disposed of with the following observations :- "After hearing learned counsel for both the parties, it has emerged that in the final partition (Annexure A2), khasra No.282//1/4 to the extent of 10 marla; and khasra No.398//1/2 to the extent of 2 marla were allotted to Sadhu Ram (petitioner-now deceased through his LRs). Learned counsel for the respondents has undertaken that respondents will not intervene in handing over the possession of the said allotted land i.e. 12 marla to petitioner Sadhu Ram (petitioner-now deceased through his LRs). Learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the aforesaid statement made by learned PARVINDER SINGH 2025.07.25 09:29 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
COCP No. 939 of 2019 counsel for the respondents. In view of the aforesaid circumstances, present revision is hereby disposed of along with all the pending applications, considering the undertaking given by ld. counsel for the respondents. However, it is made clear that even petitioner will not create any hurdle in handing over possession of that land, which has been allotted to other co-sharers in the final partition order (Annexure A2)." 2.
In view thereof, no cause survives in the present petition and the same is thus, disposed of.
