This is second petition for pre-arrest bail filed by petitioner accused Baljinder Kaur. The first such petition filed by her bearing CRM-M-3720 of 2019 (O&M) was dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 14.2.2019, copy of which has been placed on record by the petitioner herself as Annexure P4. She has approached this Court again craving for grant of similar relief, however, such petition is not maintainable as has been held by the Apex Court in SLP (Crl.) No. 213 of 2021 'G.R. Ananda Babu versus The State of Tamil Nadu and another'. The petition stands dismissed accordingly.
