**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 57 dated 7.5.2016, registered under Sections 354, 354-B, 323 IPC, Police Station Dirba, District Sangrur. Mr. Mukesh Garg, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2 and has filed the power of attorney. Vide order dated 1.6.2016, the petitioners were directed to join the investigation. Petitioner No. 1 is the real Masad of the complainant. Civil litigation is going on between the parties. The dispute relates to the property of the wife of petitioner No. 1.
The complainant's side disputes that Surjit Kaur was the wife of Ranjit Singh.

Crl. Misc. No. M-19702 of 2016 (O&M) -2which case under Section 107, 151 Cr.P.C. was registered. I have gone through the MLR. There is no history of any clothes being torn.
The counsel for the complainant relied upon 'Ullas Kapoor versus State of Punjab 2014(4) Law Herald 2953'. The authority is not applicable to the facts of the present case.
Looking to the circumstances, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the petition is allowed and order dated 1.6.2016 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 Sub Section 2 Clauses (i)(ii) and (iii) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
