By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing of FIR No.64 dated 07.05.2015 registered under Sections 420 and 406 at P.S. City Nawanshahr. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the petitioner already stands convicted vide judgment dated 07.04.2020 passed by the Court of Ld. CJM, Nawanshahr, thereby rendering the present petition as infructuous.
