*** RAJESH BHARDWAJ , J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to pass an order or direction immediately for not breaking the remaining Fixed Deposits of Gram Panchayat, Sahsola. However, learned State counsel has submitted that the tenure of Panchayat has already expired in the year 2021 and thus, no cause of action survives to the petitioner.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed of. However, petitioner is granted liberty to avail his remedy as per law in case any cause of action survives.
