/-7 After the order passed on April 01, 2021, (admitting the petitioners to interim bail if they were sought to be arrested upon them joining investigation), on 29.07.2021 it was recorded by this court (coordinate bench), that petitioners no.1 and 3 having joined investigation their custodial interrogation was not required as per the investigating officer; and consequently, the order admitting them to interim bail was made absolute. As regards petitioner no.2, Honey alias Shiva, he was stated to have not joined investigation and consequently he was again directed to do so in terms of the earlier order passed.

CRM-M-14581-2021 -2Today, counsel for the petitioners has not come present, with learned State counsel submitting that, as per his instructions from ASI Kuldeep Singh, petitioner no.2 has still not joined investigation. That being so, the petition qua petitioners no.1 and 3 already having been allowed on 29.07.2021, as regards petitioner no.2 it is dismissed.
