Mr. R.D. Sharma, DAG, Haryana VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the action of the respondents by which the petitioners have been appointed on ad hoc basis.

At the time of issuance of notice of motion, learned counsel for the petitioners placed reliance upon CWP No. 1946-2002, titled as "Shahbudeen Versus State of Haryana". CWP No. 3240-2002, titled as "Sudha Soni and Others vs. State of Haryana" was also relied upon by the petitioner at the time of filing of the present writ petition. 3.
The aforesaid two writ petitions i.e. CWP No. 1946-2002, titled as "Shahbudeen Versus State of Haryana" and CWP No. 3240-2002, titled as "Sudha Soni and Others vs. State of Haryana" have already been dismissed by this Court vide judgment dated 15.09.2003 and 25.02.2003 respectively.
