Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of order dated 13.12.2018 (Annexure P2), passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moga, whereby petitioner was declared proclaimed offender in case FIR No. 105 dated 07.10.2018, registered under Sections 323 & 325 IPC at Police Station Sadar, Moga, District Moga. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner is ready to surrender befor the learned trial Judge and shall move an application for releasing him on fresh bail.
