RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) 1.

Present petition has been filed praying for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0051, dated 11.02.2025, under Sections 420, 427, 448, 467, 468, 471 and 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Rajendra Park, District Gurugram, Haryana.

After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender and file an appropriate application for bail before the trial Court. He further prays that direction be issued to learned trial Court to decide his bail application in a time bound manner.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case the petitioner surrenders and applies for regular bail before the concerned Court, then the Court concerned would decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
