MADAAN Present:- Mr. Vinod Bhardwaj, Advocate for the petitioners. *** After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition granting him liberty to take all these pleas before the trial Court and further since the petitioners are old and ailing persons, their personal appearance before the trial Court be exempted. Permission is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. It is further directed that on an application having been filed by the petitioners, the trial Court would exempt personal appearance of the petitioners in the Court subject to condition that they would be represented by their counsel on each and every date of hearing, the petitioners would not dispute their identity and the proceedings in the trial Court will not be hampered on account of non appearance of the petitioners. Of course, they would appear in the Court as and when found necessary by the trial Court.
