The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned orders dated 03.11.1997 and 02.05.2000 (Annexures P-10 and P-11 respectively). 2.
As per the office report, counsel for the parties have been informed through e-mail, however, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners in Court today.

It appears that the petitioners are no more interested in pursuing the present petition.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
