By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to official respondents to take action against respondents No.5-7 on the representation dated 02.02.2023 submitted by petitioner.

Upon advance notice Mr. Amit Shukla, AAG, Punjab on instructions from ASI Harbhajan Singh, P.S. Division No.5, Ludhiana submits that aforesaid representation shall be considered and set aside within a period of eight weeks from today.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with directions to respondent No.4 to decide the representation (Annexure P-9) within a period of eight weeks from today, however, it is made clear that the aforesaid direction shall not be construed as an expression of opinion on the merits of the contents stated in the said representation. 4.

Disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
