In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents-department has not granted the medical allowances as well as the medical reimbursement to the petitioner and that too without any valid justification.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance as raised in the present petition has already been raised before the authorities concerned vide representation dated 12.01.2024, copy of which has been annexed as Annexure P-3 and the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage, in case, the said representation is decided by respondents in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order. 3.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice for the respondents. Learned State counsel submits that in case representation dated 12.01.2024 (Annexure P-3) is still pending consideration before the authority concerned, the said representation will be decided by the concerned authority within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of RIYA 2024.03.14 13:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
