RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for directing the official respondents to take action on the complaint dated 26.02.2021, Annexure P-2 filed by the petitioners. Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners would be satisfied if their representation, dated 26.02.2021, Annexure P-2, is decided expeditiously. The said representation is moved before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Panipat, who is not a party in the present case. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3, i.e. the Superintendent of Police, Panipat, to look into the application, if any is filed within a week from today and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law and preferably within one month thereafter.
