LISA GILL, J. (Oral) It is submitted that the petitioner could not appear before the learned trial Court in terms of order dated 25.05.2017. This matter had been adjourned to enable learned counsel for the petitioner to inform the exact date on which the petitioner would come to India and appear before the learned trial Court.
It is submitted that the petitioner is unable to come to India due to ill health though there is no document on record to substantiate the said averments.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition.
