SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 438 Cr.P.C (now under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023) read with Section 482 Cr.P.C praying for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.140 dated 30.04.2024 under Sections 406,419,420,467,468,471,120-B IPC registered at P.S Sohana, District SAS Nagar, Mohali.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
