(Oral) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.284 dated 18.07.2014 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 120-B of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Saria Khawaja, Sector 37, District Faridabad, Haryana.

Admittedly, the charge has been framed on 13.04.2018 and the petitioner is having remedy to challenge the charge but no such remedy has been availed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy to challenge the charge and prays for exemption from personal appearance of the petitioner before the trial Court as the petitioner is more than 65 years of age. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
