******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel submits that after the completion of investigation, the police has presented the challan in Court against eight accused and remaining three persons named by the petitioner were found innocent.
Learned counsel for respondent No.10 submits that challan was filed against respondent No.10-Sumer Chand Mohan and the trial Court has JYOTI 2019.07.19 10:02 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
CRM-M-18876-2014 discharged him. The petitioner has challenged that order and a revision in this regard is pending before this Court.
In view of submission of learned State counsel, this petition has been rendered infructuous.
Dismissed.
However, the petitioner will be at liberty to avail all other remedies available to him, in the matter.
