(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for issuance of direction to respondent No,2 to ensure time bound investigation of FIR No.205 dated 14.10.2023 registered under Sections 420, 120-B, 465, 467 and 471 of IPC at P.S. Lehra, District Sangrur.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Harbans Singh informs this Court that the investigation involves scrutiny of 7 mobile phones & 29 SIMs and thus is taking some time, though, he on instructions ensures that the investigation shall be concluded within a period of two months and challan shall be presented before the Illaqa Magistrate within the aforesaid time period.
