CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMENDRA JAIN
Present:
Mr. Raj Kumar Arya, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to look into the matter and further proceed against the private respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur, is directed to look into representation dated 19.02.2019 (P-2) moved by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur, to decide representation dated 19.02.2019 (P-2) by passing a speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
