This is an application under Order I Rule 10 and Order I Rule 8-A read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for permission to join as intervener as also for being impleaded as respondent No.6 in the present case.

Mr. Vikram Singh, Advocate accepts notice of the application on behalf of the petitioners, while Mr. Pradeep Prakash Chahar, Sr. DAG Haryana accepts notice of the application on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4. They state that they have no objection if the present application is allowed and the applicant is impleaded as respondent No.6 and permitted to join as intervener.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the revision challenging the order passed under Section 13-A of the Haryana Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961 (hereinafter referred to as the 'Act of 1961') is pending before the Financial Commissioner, Revenue, Haryana. In the interregnum the respondent No.5-Gram Panchayat is seeking to evict the petitioners on the basis of the order passed under Section 7 of the Act of 1961. Learned counsel for the parties are further ad idem that the present petition may be disposed off with a direction to the Financial Commissioner, Revenue, Haryana to decide the revision, which is pending before him, challenging the order passed under Section 13-A of the Act of 1961 in a time-bound manner. Till such time as the revision is not decided, the dispossession of the petitioners be protected.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to the Financial Commissioner, Revenue, Haryana (exercising the powers under the Act of 1961) to decide the revision filed by the petitioners against the order passed under Section 13-A of the Act of 1961 within a period of two months from today. Till the time the Financial Commissioner, Haryana does not decide the said revision filed by the petitioners, no coercive steps would be taken against the petitioners. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
