The petitioner/Trade Union through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking directions to the respondents to pay salary of its members who are working with respondent-FCI since March' 1993. 2.
Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Advocate for respondent-FCI states that members of petitioner/Trade Union have been regularized and they are working with respondent as regular employees since 1995. They are regularly paid their salary. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner/Trade Union expressed his inability to controvert the aforesaid statement.

In the wake of statement of learned counsel for the respondent-FCI, the present petition stands disposed of.
