HARPREET SINGH BRAR J. (Oral) Prayer in this 4th petition filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.75 dated 11.08.2023 registered under Section 22 of the NDPS Act, 1985 at Police Station Badhni Kalan, District Moga.

Learned State counsel, at the outset, on instructions from SI Gurtej Singh, submits that all the prosecution witnesses stands examined and the case before the learned trial Court is now fixed for recording the statement of accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
