The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for quashing the FIR No.501 dated 22.11.2016 registered under Sections 406, 420, 506, 120-B IPC at Police Station Sadar Ballabgarh, District Faridabad and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel submits that in the FIR in question, untrace report was filed on 31.12.2018 and the same has been accepted by the trial Court vide order dated 16.03.2020.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the petition.

Ordered accordingly.
