**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had filed an application for pre mature release which was dismissed in the year 2021. He further submits that since the period one year has already been elapsed and his conduct in the prison for this period would be considered for reducing the time period and permitting him to be released as pre maturely. For this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to file a fresh application for pre mature release and authority be directed to decide the same without being influenced upon the order of previous rejection. The prayer being innocuous is allowed.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner files a fresh application for pre mature release then said application will be decided on its own merits without being influenced by any previous order of rejection and the new application be decided in accordance with law. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
