(ORAL) Petitioner, by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has approached this Court, seeking direction to the official respondents for protecting life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members, at the hands of private respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the grievance of the petitioner was not being redressed by the respondent authorities, she finally approached Senior Superintendent of Police, U.T. Chandigarh-respondent No.3 by way of representation dated 18.5.2015 (Annexure P-4), but the same is also pending decision. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case the Senior Superintendent of Police, U.T.Chandigarh-respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and decide her representation, within a reasonable time. CRM-M-18862 of 2015 Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, the Senior Superintendent of Police, U.T.Chandigarh-respondent No.3 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioner, raised vide her representation dated 18.5.2015 (Annexure P-4) and decide the same, at an early date by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.

With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
