In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioners is that the petitioners were appointed on the post of Emergency Medical Technicians at SHKM, Government Medical College, Nalhar, Nuh, District Nuh on 10.11.2020 through outsourcing agency Believe Solution Services during the period of COVID-19 pandemic and they had continuously worked during the period of COVID-19 pandemic but the services of the petitioners were disengaged w.e.f. 31.03.2022.

Learned counsel of the petitioners further argues that keeping in view the letter dated 28.07.2022, copy of which has been appended as Annexure P-7 and the directions have been issued to the authorities concerned to reengage the employees, who were working during the time of COVID-19 pandemic through Hayrana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam, hence, the respondents are under obligation to re-engage the petitioners. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the grievance as raised in the present petition has already been raised before the authorities concerned vide representation dated 16.10.2023, copy of which has been RIYA 2024.03.14 13:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP-5554-2024 (O&M) -22024:PHHC:034115 annexed as Annexure P-8 and the petitioners will be satisfied at this stage, in case, the said representation is decided by respondents in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order. 4.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice for the respondents. Learned State counsel submits that in case representation dated 16.10.2023 (Annexure P-8) is still pending consideration before the authority concerned, the said representation will be decided within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order by passing an appropriate speaking order and after passing the said order, in case any benefit accrues to the petitioners, the same will be extended to them within a further period of four weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that keeping in view the statement made by the Learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further. 7.
