This is a petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, for quashing the FIR No.12 dated 20.2.2019 under Sections 279, 304-A, 337 and 427 of IPC, registered at Police Station Mulepur, District Fatehgarh Sahib and all consequential proceedings arising thereto and conviction order dated 3.8.2023, on the basis of compromise dated 24.2.2025.
