The petitioners have primarily challenged the impugned auction notice dated 10.02.2025 (Annexure P-14) whereby the auction of the secured asset was fixed for 27.02.2025.

Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the auction, which was to be held yesterday, could not fructify as no bid was received by the respondent-Bank.

We are of the considered view that stands disposed of as such at this stage.
