(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to transfer investigation of case FIR No. 63 dated 12.03.2018 (Annexure P-8) registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station City, Rajpura, District Patiala to some other independent agency for fair investigation. Pursuant to the order dated 05.03.2019, amount of `2,02,000/- has been paid by petitioner, in cash, to Mr. Subhash Bhalla, Assistant Regional Manager, Muthoot Finance Ltd., against proper receipt. The receipt is taken on record. Be tagged at the appropriate place.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he has no objection in case FIR (Annexure P-8) qua the respondents No. 4 and 5 is quashed or cancellation report is filed by the police or in the alternative the respondents can also seek appropriate remedy for quashing the FIR, in accordance with law.
In view of the above, nothing survives for consideration in the instant petitioner, therefore, the same is disposed of accordingly.
