In fact the date of birth is 13.08.1987. The age of petitioner No.2 is 32 years. Learned counsel further submits that the parents of the parties have accepted the relationship of the petitioners and there is no apprehension for the time being. He wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach again, if need be.
