-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.160 dated 20.06.2020 under Sections 22 and 29 (subsequently added) of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Dinanagar, District Gurdaspur.

Counsel for the petitioner herein would contend that the petitioner had been allowed interim bail by order dated 30.07.2020 on the basis of law laid down by this High Court in Inderjeet Singh @ Laddi Vs. State of Punjab in CRM-M No.1379 of 2013 decided on 31.01.2014, as the chemical examiner's report was not available. It is argued that now non-bailable warrants of arrest have been issued and the personal bail bonds furnished by the petitioner have been cancelled and therefore, she prays grant of anticipatory bail. Notice of motion.

CRM-M No.14400 of 2021 (O&M) -2respondent-State and opposes the instant petition on the ground that the same is not maintainable. The petitioner herein had been allowed interim bail and was to surrender on receipt of the chemical examiner's report, however, she failed to do so and therefore, non bailable warrants have been issued for 01.04.2021 and as such, there is nothing wrong with the impugned order.

Faced with this situation, counsel for the petitioner herein would submit that the petitioner will surrender before the trial Court on 01.04.2021 and seek the remedy as available to her in accordance with law. Consequently, no further orders are called for in the the instant petition and the same stands dismissed.
