**** Manjari Nehru Kaul, J. (Oral) In compliance of order dated 19.04.2024, petitioner No.1 has been produced by incharge of Rajkiya Uttar Raksha Grah (Girls), Karnal in Court today.

It has not been disputed by either of the parties that petitioner No.1 has attained the age of majority and is now more than 18 years of age.

Today in the presence of the State counsel, this Court has interacted with petitioner No.1 in the Chamber where she has categorically stated that she has attained the age of majority and she would like to accompany the boy i.e. petitioner No.2 namely Ashish as she apprehends threat to her life and liberty at the hands of her family members.
