The present petition was e-filed by Mr. Sahaj Punj, Advocate and was approved by the Registry on 20.02.2026. After such approval, submission of hard copy is mandatory, however, till date, learned counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the hard copy of the petition. Therefore, the present matter has been put up before this Court in view of the decision of the Hon'ble Computer Committee dated 28.05.2025, duly approved by Hon'ble the Chief Justice on 31.05.2025 whereby it is ordered that cases filed through e-filing, wherein the hard copy is not submitted within one month, shall stand disposed of for the purpose of printing, after printing only the Index, Head Note, Memo of Parties, and brief synopsis, and the matter shall thereafter be listed before the Hon'ble Bench. 2.

Today, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.
