AMARJOT BHATTI, J. (Oral) CRM-15012-2023 This is an application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for withdrawal of main case, which is pending for 21.04.2023. For the reasons enumerated in the application, the same is allowed and main case is taken on Board for today itself. CRM stands disposed of.

CRM-M-12363-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that he wants to withdraw the present anticipatory bail petition in FIR No. 30 dated 22.02.2023 under Section 387, 354-D, 506 of IPC and Section 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000, registered at Police Station Kotwali Bathinda, District Bathinda as he would avail appropriate remedy before the learned trial Court.

In view of the statement, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
