(Oral) The petitioners have sought the relief for anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of FIR No.25 dated 08.02.2025 under Sections 13-A/3/67 of Public Gambling Act, 1967 and 112, 297 of BNS, 7(3) of Lottery Act 1998, registered at Police Station Sahnewal, District Ludhiana.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Deep Chand, has apprised the Court that in compliance of the order dated 28.02.2025 passed by the Coordinate Bench, the petitioners have joined the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required. In view of the afore-said submission made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief, as extended to the petitioners by this Court vide order dated 28.02.2025, is hereby made absolute.
